BBQ Pork Eggrolls

BBQ Pork Eggrolls –

I’m all about simple dinners fit to wow any guest, especially my 5 year old’s picky taste buds, This dinner is fast and very delicious, I whipped it up in less then 45 min from start to finish. This recipe makes about 10 good sized Eggrolls.

What you will need:

1 pound Pork – cooked in BBQ sauce and Soy sauce, chopped.

2 tablespoons green onions chopped.

1 box prepared – Pilaf Rice.

1 Package of Eggroll wrappers

Preheat oil in a deep pot or preheat your deep fryer.

– Mix chopped pork, green onions and rice pilaf in a bowl.

– Fill Eggroll wrappers and close, as directed on package.

– Fry on each side for about 2 minutes or until golden brown.

– Drain and serve with BBQ sauce or Sweet and Sour sauce!

– Enjoy!
